Description

Hello! This is my first time building a pc (with help from others). Prior to this I used an MSI laptop, which was very good however it didnt have exactly what I wanted, I found this out when i started streaming as it would go extremely laggy, due to the processor not being strong enough.

It took me a while to get all the parts, i bought them as i went along as I didnt really have a budget (all in AUD). I receieved some parts from my uncle who happily gave them to me.

My build theme is pink and white, although we had some trouble with the cables and cable management, some cables were too short to bring around and theres no real ssd slot (ordered some brackets). The wires will probably get sorted out over time. Furthermore, the case is secondhand as Enermax Ostrog Pink's are EOL so the panel does have some scratches on it and such, i stilll love it regardless, shes beautiful

Led fans are pretty n' pink, however back one's LEDs dont work :((( Gotta get a new one for the back, otherwise everything else works fine. Sorry for the crappy lighting/images.

This is a gorgeous build and you have my +1!!

I noticed you mentioned scratches on the window and cable management. May I suggest the Apevia Mirage? It comes in a similar shade of pink, has better cable management, a more modern layout with a power supply basement, two pink LED fans and two glass side panels that are much harder to scratch!! It's on Newegg right now for about $50 US

Regardless, love your build!

Thank you for the feedback and suggestion, I’ve had a look at all the other pink cases before buying this secondhand one, honestly this was my dream case and none of the other pink ones stood out to me like this one I love the light pink and white so much.

I know it's a secondhand, but the case choice could be greatly improved! If you ever try to upgrade in the future, I would recommend the InWin 101 Pink Version! Other than the case choice, I think the build and set up is awesome! Love the figures! I'm in the process of redoing my setup and doing a miku theme!

I love this setup so much! I’d love to have something similar to this. May I ask what part that is in the middle of your build that has a heart in it? I would love to do this build with updated parts but I have no idea how to go about it. Precious work and totally my aesthetic! Great job, love! 🌸🥺💕

hi! i had a question, hope you see this, i'd like to have a similar build but the site is telling me that the cpu cooler and case aren't compatible, but they're the exact same cooler and case you used! i was wondering if you had any problems with the two parts together?

  • 2 points

Yes i did have problems actually! so the radiator fits in the case but the window has trouble closing as its such a tight fit, i had to modify the window for the case to close. it fits but the window will not close unless you break off the little tabs that slide into the actual case. hard to explain xD

i see! i'll probably just use a different case lol, thank you for answering!

hello, I'm a gamer girl hoping to improve her setup. At the moment I'm pretty broke but this setup seems like a good bang for the buck. I'm super into the whole pink and white theme for the setup. Ever since i saw this setup about a year ago its been my dream. I would like to consider making this myself. Any recommendations or upgrades i should do to make it even better?

I've never made a pc before and I'm younger therefore i don't have much money :< although ill find a way. I also want to point out that my main game is Minecraft and are there any upgrades that would help the fps and just reducing lag in general . I hope you're doing great :).

Hi! Before i start my pc is in AUD! So if youre from another country other than australia, it might not be as cheap as you expect! Furthermore, they dont sell my pc case, and a lot of other pink cases can be expensive. My advice is it is best to shop around, save a few parts you like/ are interested in and see if theyre compatible. If you want to save the most money definetly compare prices, but for minecraft I dont think youll need a super high end pc. Just a decent graphics card and processor, however if you think youll be going for high end games too then itll be worth it. Also, I chose the most aesthetically pleasing parts in my opinion, but there are other white coloured alternatives that are heaps cheaper. Hope that helped :)

There are 4 slots for RAM, and to actually use dual channel RAM your ram sticks should be inserted into slots 1 & 3 and not 1 & 2, not quite as aesthetically pleasing but it's how you get the most out of your ram. Alternatively, you could get more RAM to fill up those extra slots and make it look even better.

Ive changed this since the time i took the photo :), when i took them out to insert the water cooler as the space was tight i had to take them out and put them back in quite a bit because the cooler is not exactly compatible with my case so i had to make some adjustments and didnt realise I had misplaced them. Thanks for the tip but i fixed this problem ages ago xD. Ill be updating the photos again once my new graphics card arrives :D
