So this was a PC I built for my sister for her birthday the other day. She used a very cheap HP laptop before and she wanted to run Minecraft mods. So the family decided to pool some money together and buy parts for her new computer. I supplied the GPU and ram that I had in my old PC. You wouldn't be able to think of her reaction to it. She instantly downloaded Minecraft and a few mods. She also is getting into Sims 4 and Portal 2 right now. I know this isn't the biggest and best PC out there, but it is definitely an upgrade.
It's an OK CPU and is fine for the use of this PC
Runs a little bit loud but is miles ahead of the stock cooler
Love the UEFI and it supports all the hardware it needs to. The Wifi card is kind of a pain to install.
It's ram that works
Not the fastest SSD out there but is much faster than a hard drive. In hindsight, I wish I got a 250 GB drive.
It's extremely loud but I only paid $150 back then and it is faster than the Intel integrated.
Wow, this thing is small! The graphics card barely fits in the space it has. It can get cramped in there but that's the price you pay for this size.
It does what it has to and it won't be pushed to the max so efficiency isn't that big of an issue. Love the modular cables on it.
