Description

Built this system for gaming, schoolwork, and 3D Modeling. Used to have an i7 6700/GTX 660 system, but I sold that to downsize into the Mini ITX form factor.

Note: - Overclocked GPU to 2.07Ghz (2070Mhz), using Afterburner - maxxed out temp/power limits - Overclocked RAM to 3.6Ghz (3600Mhz), at 1.27 volts - I COULD get the 3600mhz OC at 1.25V, but decided to use extra voltage for thermal headroom. - I plan to upgrade the cooler with an NH-L9A, or an NH-U12A if that ever comes back in stock.
- Will add another WD Blue SN500 500GB drive for RAID.

So far, this build has impressed me in terms of performance and looks, since everything syncs (heh.) up with ASUS Aura.

That's my first completed build! Feel free to leave any questions/concerns/comments!

You could have got an RTX 2060 for the money you spent on a higher clocked version of the GTX 1660ti. Otherwise good build.

If your booting off of raid thats very risky. If you do get a 500gb drive, invest some more money and get a M.2-2280 drive

I think you completely missed the "M.2-2280 drive" in the parts list. Though i second the risky part, kinda. I've been booting off two Samsung 960evos in raid0 for the last 2+ years, never have i run into an issue unless it was my dumbass messing it up.

Well, I don’t think it’s a smart idea to have one ssd and one m.2 in raid. Bust that is just me

they would be matching two m.2 nvmes together based on what OP put in the description

Pretty nice, my only question is what does windows say your ram is operating at? In most cases ryzen isn't compatible with ram over 2933mhz unless its really specific dimm/models. So Mobo may say 3600mhz, but windows may only be operating at 2933. >.>

Windows is saying dual channel at 1795Mhz for one DIMM each.

You could rephrase that in a question and a little more politely, but alright. What games? Any specifics?

It's fine haha. The only games that I have at the moment are CSGO, Minecraft (yeah, ik lol), Warframe, Forza Horizon 3, and PC Building Simulator. I can max out all of these games at 1080p, and my gpu can probably handle 1440p as well. Sorry I didn't have the game you wanted.
