My sis is bringing her old laptop home from college because it no longer has enough storage. It is an Apple macbook pro 2015 with a 128gb hard drive. My question is: can i put a 500gb HDD from a fairly old toshiba with windows 7 inside the mac? I have moved the 500gb before, from an old toshiba to the pc I am typing this on, a dell studio 1737. This is of course assuming they are the same size. Would it work?

No, its soldered in. She should have bought a larger model. However, you could add in an SD-card, some are specifically designed for this purpose.

Yes, you can use bootcamp. Not change the HDD, but just use an iso.
