Like the title says, is this psu enough to handle the 650ti boost? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-power-supply-rs460psarj3

The wattage and 12V amps are sufficient and it has the required 6-pin connector. However, it's of questionable quality. Corsair CX430 is a better alternative, maybe the Antec VP450 (but that costs more at the moment).

so if later in the year if im planning on getting a 2nd 650ti boost and possibly do some overclocking, how many watts psu should i get? 750w should be enough?

Then you should go with around 600-700 then yes. In terms of choosing a psu, you should check out this site, http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
