yes but to counter, why wouldn't you get a 4670 if you do not plan to over clock? also go for a h87 mobo and save some cash

yeah, i use the stock fan, with my 3570k and it works miracles, just buy a tube of artic silver 5 thermal paste and replace that crap intel puts with it, i saw a big decrease in my temps.

Only Z87 motherboards will let you over clock. H87 will not allow you to.
