It's certainly quiet, but the low fan speeds make it not the best cooler of high-wattage CPUs. Frankly put, there are better dual-tower coolers out there that are also cheaper. Still, it can keep my 7800X3D to under 85C at max Prime95 load, so I consider that a win.
It gets a star docked from it for the lackluster fans it uses, and another star docked for the frustrating mounting procedure. It's like Noctua's SecuFirm mounting system if the mounting cross-bar on the base of the cooler were a separate piece you had to carefully slide into place with perfect positioning, or else the cooler will be allowed to move after it's mounted.

The cooler itself is very quiet and does a good job controlling temperatures. However, I found that the middle fan is very difficult to mount, compound with the fact that you have to mount the cooler to the motherboard before you try to mount the fan. The fins chip and bend very easily, make sure to check that you didn't bend any after you mount it.
This product would be better it could be mounted without removing the middle fan and perhaps having slightly longer and flexible fan clips

This thing is quiet but it's an absolute unit for such a compact case. I put it on the CPU first (maybe rookie move, idk) and had a lot of issues doing all of the connections near the cpu on the motherboard. I'd like to eventually change it out for an AIO at some point.

Probably one of the quietest dual tower CPU coolers, and it looks very dank. However I was extremely agitated to discover that the fan mounts can only work Be Quiet fans. It's not possible to mount other 120mm fans unless you can make your own custom fan clip. Should have followed my gut and gone with the Le Grand Macho RT.
