A solid miniITX motherboard with all the features you could ask for, for its form factor.

Pretty decent little board, if a bit pricey. Temperature zone 3 reports a temperature of 111°C though doesn't feel hot anywhere. This seems to be a common issue among a lot of different boards. I'll try to update this if I figure out the problem.

According to Kitguru, it appears that the system fan 1 and 2 controls are shared on this board meaning both headers will maintain the same RPM. In addition, the RPM reporting alternates between each so the given value may jump around.

It works, although it was puzzling it would only start with a single RAM module in DIMM B slot not DIMM A slot. On the other hand the BIOS is really user friendly. It was easy to install the second RAM stick and push the speeds up to the marketed setting (3000Mhz). EZ Troubleshooting LEDs were helpful to identify my RAM issue. Nice to have built in WiFi. I like the design, and the on-board and expandable LED strip feature.

UEFI BIOS is super unfriendly to overclocking with a 7th gen CPU at least. Besides that it's great all around. Edit- I decided to get an M.2 SSD, before realizing MSI decided to put the extra slot on the back of the motherboard...

This is a pretty decent little motherboard. I got a bundle price, plus a rebate, plus a free game so I'm feeling really good in the value department, but it actually has a good amount of features. WiFi/Bluetooth, 2 sysfan headers in addition to a CPU fan header, decently placed ports so installing it in the small cases it's meant for isn't a huge hassle. This doesn't have as many power phases as pricier boards like the Strix and others, but you can still get a pretty good overclock stable. I do think they could have fit 2 more USB ports and some people may be put off by the M.2 being on the back of the board.

It's a shame how expensive mITX motherboards are, but even at the full price, this is still not too bad. Though you probably could find something cheaper.

What a dream of a motherboard! I second I saw it I knew this was the one. z270 mITX form factor and colour neutral with a ton of built in features. Also had the RGB header too which was a nice touch.

Just awesome. Easy bios, easy OC, easy control on LED, neutral design. (Initialy, I bought a GA-Z170N-WIFI... what a mistake. No heatsinks on mosfet so no OC and even CPU throttling on the stock version.) Don't do the same mistake and buy this Z270I please.
